Areas of concentration include higher end steep slope and low slope roofing systems, commercial and residential waterproofing and building envelop products and systems. John’s widely recognized success in driving specifications and positioning products with architects and building owners has lead the way to A & D Products unfettered reputation.
Randy Zaleski – Partner – Yankton College, BS, 40 years in the Roofing business, Randy offers extensive management experience and sales in insulation, all types of thermal plastic roofing, EPDM, modified and build up roofing with a variety of companies such as Grefco, Braas and Koppers along with 16 years as a Partner at A & D . He brings great contractor, OEM and distributor history and positive effectiveness to the table. Mike Lowery – Partner – University of Iowa, BA Computer Science. 13 years of specification influence on Illinois’s architectural, engineering and consulting communities. Areas of concentration include green and garden roof systems, low slope roofing, commercial waterproofing and building envelope. 4 years commercial roofing contractor estimating, 3 years in distribution sales / branch management and 6 years manufacturer Rep for Carlisle-Syntec. Dave Lowery – Partner – DePaul University, BA, 37 years in the roofing and waterproofing industries. Dave’s experience as founder and President of Roofers Mart, North Coast Chicago and most recently as VP of Operations for North Coast / Beacon offers operational insight and professional industry connections across the country and most effectively within the Midwest. |
